Bruschetta Pork Chops are a great low carb meal that is packed with flavor! Flavorful bruschetta and melty fresh mozzarella on top of a juicy grilled pork chops!
Pork Chops | Mozzarella
Seasoning | Tomatoes
Basil | Garlic | Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Heat the grill. Season each side of the pork chops. Oil the grill and add the pork. Cook for 6-8 min per side or until 145° F.
Turn off the grill and top with a slice of mozzarella. Close the lid and let the cheese melt. Remove and top with a large spoonful of bruschetta.
To make the bruschetta: combine all the ingredients together before topping the chops.
For more flavor:
Drizzle each pork chop with a balsamic glaze/reduction (this really takes these chops to the next level!)
