Who doesn’t love a great side dish? This Cranberry Fluff Salad is a wonderful side dish to serve at any holiday or even just Sunday dinner!
Cranberries | Pineapple Mini Marshmallows Cream Cheese | Apple Whipping Cream Powdered Sugar | Vanilla
In a food processor coarsely grind the cranberries. Transfer to a large bowl along with the pineapple. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. In a separate bowl combine the cream, powdered sugar & vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form. Add cream cheese and beat just until combined.
Add cream cheese mixture to the cranberry mixture along with the marshmallows & apple. Fold until combined. Serve immediately.
Make this salad well in advance to let the flavors combine.
