This Cranberry Glazed Turkey is a stunning bird! A golden browned turkey stuffed with aromatics and smothered in a sweet and tart cranberry glaze. It’s packed with flavor, juicy, and so easy to make!
Pat turkey dry, place in a roasting pan. Stuff the cavity with onion, garlic, thyme & rosemary. Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Combine cranberries, cranberry juice, honey, mustard & pepper flakes. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Bake for 3 hours. Brush with cranberry glaze and bake until you have a temperature of 155°F at the breast. Remove and let rest for 30 minutes before carving.
For a smoother glaze blend in a blender before glazing the turkey.
