Salmon Burgers

These Salmon Burgers are a quick and easy lunch or weeknight dinner. They use simple, easy to find ingredients and you can use canned or fresh salmon!


Cooked or Canned Salmon Eggs | Breadcrumbs  Red Onion | Dill | Lemon Salt | Garlic Powder

In a medium bowl flake the salmon and add remaining ingredients.


Mix just until combined.

Form into 5-6 patties and cook over medium low heat with a little oil for a few minutes on each side or  until browned.

Top with avocado or the usual burger toppings: lettuce, mayo, pickle, tomato, mustard, onion
