Sheet Pan Parmesan  Chicken & Veggies

Chicken Breast | Eggs Parmesan Cheese Panko | Garlic Powder Baby Potatoes | Broccoli Butter & Herbs

In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.  In a separate shallow dish combine the panko or breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.


Dip the chicken in the egg then coat in the Parmesan mixture. Lay them on a large sheet pan. Coat potatoes in butter and set beside chicken.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and flip over meat - add the broccoli to the pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

TOP TIP If your chicken breasts are huge you will need to cut them in half horizontally to make them thinner
