BISCUIT CAKE: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Add milk & egg. Combine Thouroughly.Pat into an even layer in the prepared pan. Bake 18-20 min or until lightly golden. Cool partially.
ASSEMBLY: Cut cake in half and place on a cake stand. Top with half of the whipped cream then half of the strawberries.Add next cake layer spread whipped cream to create a bowl. Spoon remaining strawberries on top.
