Creamy Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients
4
boneless skinless chicken breast halves

oz
cream cheese
1/4
c.
water
1/4
c.
pesto
2
c.
grape or cherry tomatoes
my family prefers the grape
1
c.
finely shredded italian five cheese blend
Instructions
Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
Add chicken, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Add cream cheese, water, pesto and tomatoes to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes or until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Return chicken and spoon sauce over chicken.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with five cheese blend. Cover to melt the cheese.
