Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease an 8" square baking pan.
Spread oats, almonds and sunflower seeds on a large baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes stirring half way through.
Pour into a large bowl and add cereal, cranberries, apricots and raisins. Toss to combine.
Combine almond butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl and heat until you can easily combine.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Pat into prepared pan with your hands (let mixture cool slightly if needed).
Refrigerate until firm and cut into bars.
