Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 2.25 oz jar of Armour dried beef
  • 4-5 green onions chopped finely
  • Finely chopped pecans optional

Instructions

  • Rinse dried beef with warm water and finely chop.
  • Combine the cream cheese, dried beef and green onions until well blended.
  • Form into a ball.
  • Roll in chopped pecans if desired.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

Tastes best if made day before serving.
