Party Cheese Ball
Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 2.25 oz jar of Armour dried beef
  • 4-5 green onions chopped finely
  • Finely chopped pecans optional
Instructions
  1. Rinse dried beef with warm water and finely chop.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, dried beef and green onions until well blended.
  3. Form into a ball.
  4. Roll in chopped pecans if desired.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
