Ingredients

  • 1 pound (455g) strawberries, stem removed and quartered
  • 2 cups (310g) pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups (325g) grapes, halved
  • 1 cup (145g) blueberries
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 (15oz)(425g) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup (235ml) greek yogurt (see note)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds, optional
  • juice from 1 lemon

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine all the fruit, set aside.
  • In a small bowl combine the yogurt, honey, poppy seeds, and lemon juice. Pour over the fruit and carefully toss to combine. Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. You can also use vanilla or other flavored yogurt instead. Just omit the vanilla and honey.
  2. You can use whatever fruit you please. Just note the really juicy citrus fruits will prevent you from being able to make this salad to far in advance. They produce a lot of liquid and so it's best served shortly after it's made.
  3. You can add in 1/3 cup chopped nuts or 1/2 cup toasted coconut or both.
