Print Recipe
- 1 pound (455g) strawberries, stem removed and quartered
- 2 cups (310g) pineapple chunks
- 2 cups (325g) grapes, halved
- 1 cup (145g) blueberries
- 3 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1 (15oz)(425g) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup (235ml) greek yogurt (see note)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds, optional
- juice from 1 lemon
In a large bowl combine all the fruit, set aside.
In a small bowl combine the yogurt, honey, poppy seeds, and lemon juice. Pour over the fruit and carefully toss to combine. Serve immediately.
- You can also use vanilla or other flavored yogurt instead. Just omit the vanilla and honey.
- You can use whatever fruit you please. Just note the really juicy citrus fruits will prevent you from being able to make this salad to far in advance. They produce a lot of liquid and so it's best served shortly after it's made.
- You can add in 1/3 cup chopped nuts or 1/2 cup toasted coconut or both.
