A super simple and delicious breakfast casserole perfect for those busy Sunday mornings, or even a leisurely one! It only takes 30 minutes so soon enough it’ll be your family’s weekend tradition!

8 oz. Pillsbury crescent roll dough 2 c. shredded cheddar 6 eggs 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/3 c. chopped onion salt and pepper to taste 8 slices bacon fried and crumbled
Preheat oven to 375.
Lay the crescent dough in a lightly greased 13"x9" pan.
Press into bottom and 1" up each side of the pan.
Spread cheese over the bottom of the dough.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the eggs, milk, mustard, onion, salt and pepper.
Carefully pour over cheese.
Spread crumbled bacon on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
