A super simple and delicious breakfast casserole perfect for those busy Sunday mornings, or even a leisurely one! It only takes 30 minutes so soon enough it’ll be your family’s weekend tradition!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Pillsbury crescent roll dough
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices bacon fried and crumbled

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Lay the crescent dough in a lightly greased 13"x9" pan.
  • Press into bottom and 1" up each side of the pan.
  • Spread cheese over the bottom of the dough.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine the eggs, milk, mustard, onion, salt and pepper.
  • Carefully pour over cheese.
  • Spread crumbled bacon on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
