This baked Gnocchi dish is an excellent option for a quick and easy weeknight meal. It consists of soft potato gnocchi baked in a rich and creamy tomato sauce, topped with plenty of melted cheese. It's a cost-effective meal that's simple to prepare, and you can tailor it to your liking!

- 1 pound (500g) Italian sausage
- 1 pound (454g) potato gnocchi
- 1 (24oz) (680g) jar pasta sauce
- 1 (8 oz) (255g) container ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces (226g) shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup (55g) grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large ovenproof skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until cooked through.
Stir in the gnocchi, pasta sauce, and ricotta cheese. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
