This baked Gnocchi dish is an excellent option for a quick and easy weeknight meal. It consists of soft potato gnocchi baked in a rich and creamy tomato sauce, topped with plenty of melted cheese. It's a cost-effective meal that's simple to prepare, and you can tailor it to your liking!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (500g) Italian sausage
  • 1 pound (454g) potato gnocchi
  • 1 (24oz) (680g) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) (255g) container ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces (226g) shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup (55g) grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large ovenproof skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until cooked through.
  • Stir in the gnocchi, pasta sauce, and ricotta cheese. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
