Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats are a great way to start off your morning! Quick, easy and satisfying!


  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk almond milk or cashew milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon curd
  • 1 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • topping of choice if so desired: crushed graham crackers or nilla wafers chia seeds, raspberries, blueberries......


  1. In a bowl or small mason jar combine all ingredients except for toppings. Cover and refrigerate overnight. May warm in microwave if desired.

Recipe Notes

I don't recommend using quick oats in this recipe as soaking them overnight will make them mushy.
