Ingredients
CHEESECAKE FLUFF:
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 (8oz) (226g) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (235ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup (50g) powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup (50g) miniature marshmallows
GRAHAM CRACKER TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cup (50g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
CHEESECAKE FLUFF:
  1. In a small bowl mix the diced strawberries with the sugar and set aside. In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth. In a separate mixing bowl beat the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks start to form. Add the cream cheese, strawberries and marshmallows into the whipped cream. Beat on medium until well combined and light pink in color.
GRAHAM CRACKER TOPPING:
  1. In a small bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Serve on top of the cheesecake fluff.
Recipe Notes

This dessert can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve. I personally like it after it has been in the refrigerator for a little bit.
