  1. Follow recipe for Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork.

  2. While that is cooking make the coleslaw if making it homemade. Also make the BBQ sauce if making homemade.

  3. To assemble gyros: Place lettuce on a warmed piece of flatbread then top with pulled pork, bbq sauce, coleslaw, tomato and onion.
