How To Make A Fruit Tray

  1. Buy your fruit the day of or at the earliest the day before. This way the fruit will be fresh.
  2. Make the fruit dips the day before and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. If possible cut fruit the day of the party. Can cut and store the day before if necessary. Cut fruit into small bite sized pieces.
  4. When ready to serve: Place fruit dips on the platter. Arrange fruit in any eye pleasing manner around the dip. (ex: sort the colors according to the rainbow) Fill in any blank spots with the cookies.
