  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (I use reduced sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce of choice (I usually use sriracha)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 (12-16 oz) packages smoked sausages, cut into 1" slices
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  1. In a small bowl combine the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, ginger, hot sauce, and sesame oil; set aside.

  2. In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium to medium low heat.  Add sausages; cook stirring frequently, until browned.  (about 8-10 minutes)  Add minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.  Add reserved sauce and cook until bubbly.

Recipe Notes
  1. You can easily make these in advance and warm them back up before serving.
  2. You can also make these and transfer to a small crockpot to keep warm.  Just use the warm setting.
