Baked Fish and Chips

Baked fish and chips are a quick and delicious variation of a classic meal that is made a little healthier! 


Cod | Flour | Egg | Mayonnaise Dijon Mustard | Parmesan Panko Breadcrumbs | Paprika Garlic Powder | Onion Powder Russet Potatoes | Oil

Cut the potatoes into wedges, place on a large baking sheet, and drizzle with oil and seasonings.


Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for 10 more minutes. Next, pat the fish dry and cut into equal sized strips.

While the potatoes are baking prepare the fish. Dredge each piece in flour, then in egg wash, then in the panko.

Move the potatoes to one side of the baking sheet and place the fish on the empty half, then bake until the fish flakes easily.
