Prepare the dough and let it rise until doubled. Then refrigerate overnight. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll one portion into a circle.
Place on a prepared baking sheet and spread with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, repeat. You will have four layers of dough and 3 layers of cinnamon and sugar.
Cut into 16 equal sections. Take 2 sections that are side by side and twist them away from each other 3 times. On the third time pinch the 2 ends together to form a point. Repeat with the remaining strips.
Let Rise 20 minutes. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned.
