In a small bowl combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt for the crumb topping. Cut in the soft butter until crumbly.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Then add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed sugar mixture alternating with the milk.
Fold in the blueberries. then spread into a baking pan and sprinkle with the crumble. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
