Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

Pan fried pork chops in a creamy mushroom gravy. This easy pork chop recipe can be made in 30 minutes and is the perfect comfort food meal!

Ingredients

Pork Chops | Flour | Paprika Onion Powder | Garlic Powder Salt & Pepper | Mushrooms  Onion | Garlic | Beef Broth  Heavy Cream | Oil

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. While the oil is heating, combine flour, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Instructions

COOK Dredge each pork chop  in the flour mixture and add to the hot skillet. Cook the pork chops until you have an internal temperature of 145°F.

MAKE GRAVY Remove pork chops from pan. Add mushrooms and onions to the pan and cook until tender. Stir in the garlic and lightly season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the flour to combine with the mushrooms and onion. Slowly whisk in the beef broth and cream. Bring to a simmer and add the pork chops back in.
