Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups cubed rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup chopped red apple about 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup halved red grapes
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped Blue Diamond Habanero BBQ Almonds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • season salt to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the flavors to combine. Serve on a bed of lettuce or make into a sandwich.
