These Chicken Fajita Kebabs have all the fajita flavor packed onto a skewer and cooked on the bbq! It's a super flavorful chicken kabob that's easy to make and perfect for any night of the week.

MARINADE:
- ¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- juice of ½ an orange
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- salt and cayenne pepper to taste
KEBABS:
- 2 pounds (1kg) boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1½" pieces
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 red onion (or onion of choice)
ASSEMBLY:
If using wooden skewers soak in water for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium high heat (about 400°F). Clean and lightly oil grill grates. Thread chicken pieces, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers. Cook for 5 minutes per side or until chicken is opaque and no longer pink.
