- 1 pound (455g) fresh or frozen strawberries
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
Wash, hull, and cut strawberries in half or in quarters. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring once during baking.
