This creamy cucumber salad is a summertime staple! It's quick and easy to make and uses easy to find ingredients!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (100g) mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (50g) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar of choice or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
  • 1 garlic clove, minced or grated
  • 2 large English cucumbers, sliced
  • ¼ small red onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, dill, and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Toss the sliced cucumbers and onion with the dressing and serve or refrigerate for 30 minutes for better flavor.
