Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225g) mayonnaise
  • ½ cup (55g) grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth, or combine with an immersion blender for a really smooth dressing. Taste to see if you need to add salt or pepper.

Notes

  1. You can use this immediately, but I prefer it to chill for several hours for the best flavor.
