This homemade caesar dressing is hands down better than any store bought version! It's easy to make and can last in the fridge for 2 weeks!

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth, or combine with an immersion blender for a really smooth dressing. Taste to see if you need to add salt or pepper.

- You can use this immediately, but I prefer it to chill for several hours for the best flavor.
