Beat cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer until smooth. Add cream cheese and beat just until combined.
1 (8oz) (226g) package cream cheese, softened
In a separate bowl, combine the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat on high until stiff peaks form.
2 cups (475ml) heavy whipping cream, 1 cup (105g) confectioners' sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla
Add cream cheese and lemon curd and beat just until combined.
¾ cup (195g) lemon curd
Fold in the marshmallows and blueberries. Can serve immediately, but best to cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
