DRESSING:
¾cup (175g)mayonnaise
¾cup (175g)sour cream

1½teaspoonsItalian seasoning
½teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions.

Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
DRESSING:
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing. (if you are planning on letting this chill for longer than 2 hours, reserve 1/3 of the dressing for later)
¾ cup (175g) mayonnaise, ¾ cup (175g) sour cream, 3 tablespoons oil from sun-dried tomatoes, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tablespoon honey, 1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste
Add the pasta, chicken, tomatoes, cheese, basil, and onion to the bowl of dressing. Toss lightly to coat everything. Cover and chill for 2 hours. (if chilling for longer than 2 hours, when ready to serve, toss with the reserved dressing.
