This Orange Margarita is a new twist on a classic. It's bright and refreshing and so easy to make. Perfect for single serve or make a pitcher for a crowd.

    - 3 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
 - 2  ounces  tequila
 - 1 ounce triple sec or cointreau
 - 1 ounce  freshly squeezed lime juice
 - ¼-½ ounce simple syrup or agave (optional)
 - ice
 - coarse salt for glass
 - lime and/or orange wedges/slices
 
 
     
    
        Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass then dip into salt; set aside.
Add orange juice, tequila, cointreau, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using) to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake very well to combine and chill the drink. 
Pour into prepared glass and enjoy!
