This Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cheesecake is rich, ultra creamy and decadent! Filled with peanut butter cups, a dark chocolate cream cheese filling, then topped with creamy whipped cream.

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 chocolate crust
  • Extra peanut butter cups for garnish if desired
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer beat whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the melted chocolate and mix well. Fold in HALF of the whipped cream mixture (saving the other half for the topping) along with the chopped peanut butter cups.
  3. In a small bowl microwave the peanut butter for around 25 seconds or until it is smooth and pourable. Spread onto the bottom of the chocolate crust. Spoon cream cheese mixture on top of the peanut butter layer, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Refrigerate the extra whipped cream.
  4. When ready to serve top with whipped cream and garnish with extra peanut butter cups if desired. Refrigerate any leftovers.
