This Chicken Florentine Pasta Casserole is a super easy and flavorful pasta dish. It uses simple and easy to find ingredients and is freezer-friendly!
Tomatoes | Mozzarella | Chicken Half & Half | Parmesan Cheese Pasta | Flour | Onion Spinach | Garlic | Butter
Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook noodles until a couple minutes before al dente. Drain and lightly toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.
Saute onion until starts to soften. Season to taste. Add garlic, then stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in the milk until smooth. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella, pasta, spinach, chicken, tomatoes and Parmesan. Pour into pan. Top with mozzarella and bake until hot and bubbly.
