Pumpkin  Muffins

These pumpkin muffins are soft, moist, and fluffy with a perfect amount of spice. They’re easy to make and perfect for a snack or breakfast. You can even add chocolate chips!


Pumpkin Puree | Oil | Flour Eggs | Vanilla | Cinnamon Salt | Pumpkin Pie Spice Ginger | Baking Soda 

Preheat oven to 375℉. Line or lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin and set aside.


Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and ginger. Combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl.

Stir in the dry ingredients JUST until combined. Using a large scoop, evenly distribute the batter in the prepared muffin tin.

Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
