This Slow Cooker Lasagna aka Crockpot Lasagna is a great make-ahead meal! Layers of noodles, cheese, and meat sauce are all cooked in the crockpot, just set it and forget it!
Ground Beef | Onion | Garlic Italian Sausage | Ricotta Parmesan | Mozzarella | Eggs Lasagna Noodles | Marinara Italian Seasoning
Brown ground beef and sausage with the onion until the meat is no longer pink. Then stir in the garlic and marinara sauce.
Combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, eggs, and Italian seasoning and lightly grease your slow cooker.
Spread a layer of meat sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker, next place the noodles, followed by more meat sauce and topped with the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers.
Sprinkle with remaining shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
