Sweet Potato | Bell Pepper Onion | Black Beans | Cumin Garlic Powder | Chili Powder Cheese | Tortillas

Cook onion and bell pepper over medium heat until soft.

Instructions

Combine onion, pepper, sweet potato, beans,  and seasonings. Spoon some filling onto a  tortilla, sprinkle with  cheese, and fold in half.

Cook quesadilla until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
