Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until powdery. Store in an airtight container.
Heat one cup of milk in a saucepan until it starts to simmer. Add in 4 tablespoons - 1/3 cup of hot cocoa mix and whisk until well combined.
Pour into a mug and top with any desired toppings.
Spoon hot cocoa mix into a 1-quart mason jar (I like to use a funnel to help keep things cleaner). Gently tap jar on the counter to help layers settle. Add a layer of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Seal with lid and attach the recipe card.
