This easy fruit salad is so refreshing and it comes together in about 15 minutes and works beautifully with any seasonal fruit you have on hand.

FRUIT:
- 2 cups (490g) pineapple chunks
- 2 cups (310g) grapes
- 2 cups (300g) quartered strawberries
- 2 cups (290g) blueberries
- 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and separated
- 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
DRESSING:
- ¼ cup (60ml) Fresh orange juice
- zest of 1 lime
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all fruit in a large bowl; set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and vanilla. Pour over the fruit and lightly toss to combine.
