This Honey Ham Glaze is incredibly easy to make and transforms your everyday ham into something extraordinary! It is made with butter, brown sugar, a few spices, and of course, honey!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (355g) packed brown sugar, light or dark
  • ½ cup (120ml) honey
  • ¼ cup (56g) butter
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground clove
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.

  • Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until butter has melted and sugar has dissolved.

  • Use half of the glaze to baste your ham before baking. Baste throughout the cooking process and right before serving.
