This Honey Ham Glaze is incredibly easy to make and transforms your everyday ham into something extraordinary! It is made with butter, brown sugar, a few spices, and of course, honey!

- ¾ cup (355g) packed brown sugar, light or dark
- ½ cup (120ml) honey
- ¼ cup (56g) butter
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground clove
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
¾ cup (355g) packed brown sugar, light or dark, ½ cup (120ml) honey, ¼ cup (56g) butter, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ground clove, ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until butter has melted and sugar has dissolved.
Use half of the glaze to baste your ham before baking. Baste throughout the cooking process and right before serving.
