Preheat oven to 350℉. Lightly grease a 9" pie plate and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion until no longer pink. Drain any grease. Pour into prepared pie plate. Stir in the cheese and dill pickle. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the baking mix, milk, eggs, garlic powder, worcestershire, and mustard. Pour over the beef mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing if you want neat slices.
