Impossible Cheeseburger Pie is a delicious and effortless dish that combines ground beef, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick baking mix to create a savory, satisfying meal. Perfect for any night of the week!
Who here remembers this recipe from their youth?? I do?? I remember when my mom first made it, and it was so simple, making it perfect for a weeknight meal! Since then, I have changed it a little to add more flavor, and I also love using my Homemade Bisquick Mix instead.
The Bisquick baking mix forms a golden, tender crust that envelops the savory filling, creating a delightful and comforting combination of flavors and textures. No pie crust is used in this recipe, which is what makes it so incredibly easy!!

Ingredient Notes:
BISQUICK BAKING MIX: You can use store-bought or my Homemade Bisquick mix.
GROUND BEEF AND ONION: I prefer to use 90/10 ground beef. You can use whatever you have on hand; just drain the grease after browning.
DILL PICKLE, CHEESE, GARLIC POWDER, WORCESTERSHIRE, AND MUSTARD: All the flavors of cheeseburger are added to the pie. If you don’t like one of the ingredients, feel free to leave it out.
MILK AND EGGS: Mixed in with the baking mix to make the “crust”.
