This Mojito Fruit Salad is a fresh fusion of ripe watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, and blackberries tossed in a refreshing dressing using honey, lime, and mint. It's so pretty to look at and tastes amazing. For an adults-only version, add some rum!

- 4 cups (640g) cubed watermelon
- 2 cups (285g) cubed honeydew
- 2 cups (285g) cubed cantaloupe
- 1 (6oz) (170g) container blackberries
- 1 tablespoon minced mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- zest and juice of 1 large lime
Combine fruit in a large bowl; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the mint, honey, lime zest, and juice. Add to the fruit and gently toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Toss before serving.
- STORAGE: Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The fruit will get softer the longer it sits.
- For an adult-only version, stir in 2-4 tablespoons of rum with the dressing before tossing with the fruit.
