2small to medium sized bonelessskinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1small onionchopped
1/2of a bell pepper
2large garlic clovesminced
1-2tablespoonsolive oil
8ozelbow macaronior you can use shell pasta
1cupmilk
1cupchicken broth
1/2cupsalsa
14 oz can green chilies
1teaspoonchili powder
1/2teaspooncumin
1/2teaspoondried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
4ozcream cheesesoftened and cut into small chunks

Instructions
In a large 12" skillet brown the chicken, onion, bell pepper and garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add in the pasta, milk, broth, salsa, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat and stir in the cheeses until melted. Top with desired toppings.
