Slow-Cooker Southwest Chicken is a delicious dinner made with seasoned chicken, corn, beans, and your favorite salsa. It can be used in burrito bowls, tacos, or other Mexican dishes!
Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with remaining ingredients and give it a stir. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Shred the chicken in the slow cooker or remove to shred. Mix everything together and serve as desired.
