Slow-Cooker Southwest Chicken is a delicious dinner made with seasoned chicken, corn, beans, and your favorite salsa. It can be used in burrito bowls, tacos, or other Mexican dishes!

Ingredients

  • 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (15oz) (425g) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15oz) (425g) can corn, drained
  • 1 cup (227g) salsa
  • 1 (4oz) (113g) can green chiles
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with remaining ingredients and give it a stir. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken in the slow cooker or remove to shred. Mix everything together and serve as desired.
