Butter | Chicken | Onion | Carrot Celery | Garlic | Flour | Broth White Wine | Red Potatoes Thyme | Rosemary | Bay Leaf Frozen Peas | Heavy Cream
Brown the chicken thighs until they have some color. Then saute the vegetables until the onion starts to soften.
Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 min. Add the chicken broth & deglaze the pot. There is a lot of flavor there!
Add the rest of the ingredients except peas & cream. Cover & simmer until potatoes and chicken are tender.
Remove the chicken. Shred & add back into the pot. Stir in the cream and peas.
