Easy Bruschetta Recipe

This Easy Bruschetta Recipe is so quick to make there is no need for store bought. It’s flavorful, perfect for parties, or anytime you want a tasty appetizer.


Bread Crusty Bread loaf | Olive Oil Bruschetta Roma Tomatoes | Olive Oil Basil | Garlic  Balsamic Vinegar Salt & Pepper

Preheat griddle or large skillet. Slice bread on the bias and brush each side liberally with extra virgin olive oil. Cook until each side is golden.


In a large bowl combine all the bruschetta ingredients.

Top each toasted slice of bread with a mound of bruschetta or serve in a bowl and let guests top their own.

After topping each slice of bread with the bruschetta drizzle each with a balsamic glaze/reduction or sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
