Macaroni | Flour | Butter Milk | Cheddar Cheese Breadcrumbs | Parmesan Garlic Powder | Onion Powder Mustard | Salt
Boil the macaroni, drain and set aside. It’s best to undercook the pasta by 2 minutes, so it doesn’t overcook when baking.
Melt butter, whisk in the flour and optional seasonings. Cook for 1 minute, then whisk in the milk and cook just until it starts to thicken.
Remove from heat and add in the cheese and pasta, stir well to combine. Pour into prepared baking dish and top with buttered breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
