Bacon | Onion | Garlic | Pasta Chicken Broth | Salt | Pepper Heavy Cream | Parmesan Cornstarch | Parsley
Cook bacon until crisp and set on a paper towel to drain. Cook onion over medium heat until soft and light brown, then stir in the garlic.
Stir in pasta and broth and bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until the pasta is tender, stirring twice during cooking.
Combine cornstarch and water and stir into the pasta. Then remove from heat and stir in cream and cheese until melted. Garnish with chopped bacon and parsley.
