This Slow Cooker Guinness Corned Beef is a simple one dish meal that is full of flavor and oh so easy!
Corned Beef Brisket | Potatoes Carrots | Cabbage Brown Sugar | Seasoning Guinness Stout
PREP CORNED BEEF Trim off any fat and place in the slow cooker. Add the brown sugar and seasoning packet.
ADD INGREDIENTS Pour in the Guinness and add the carrots and potatoes.
SLOW COOK Add the lid and cook for 8-10 hours on low. Don’t open the lid until it’s done!
ADD CABBAGE Cut the cabbage and add it to the slow cooker. Put the lid back on and cook for 20 minutes.
