They always go great with old fashioned meatloaf and mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy! 🙂

Crispy Roasted Green Beans Ingredients

GREEN BEANS: Be sure to wash and trim them. To save time, you can buy them ready to cook in the refrigerated produce section of your local grocery store.

OLIVE OIL: A little bit of olive oil will keep the green beans a little crispy and prevent them from turning mushy.

GARLIC: We love making roasted green beans with garlic, but you can omit if you’d rather. Or, feel free to add extra garlic if that is more your thing.

SALT & PEPPER: Add as much or as little to the garlic roasted green beans as you like.

How To Make Roasted Garlic Green Beans

PREPARE GREEN BEANS: Preheat the oven and spread the green beans onto a baking sheet. Toss with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

ROAST GREEN BEANS: Roast in the oven for 15 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, add in the garlic and give them a stir.
