Why You’ll Love These Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Let me start by saying, this is a 4-ingredient recipe! You can’t beat that, especially when the end result is as flavorful and addicting as this. These Brussels sprouts are in a league above the rest, at least according to my family. We are obsessed with all the flavors in this dish and it’s “fancy” enough to serve it both on Thanksgiving and a regular Tuesday.

Even my kids and vegetable-hating husband love these, so I consider that the biggest vote of confidence! All you have to do is throw these yummy sprouts on a baking sheet with some finely diced ham and thinly sliced onions. Everything crisps up beautifully and the tender sprouts dance in your mouth with that ham and onion flavor!

If you’ve been anti-brussels sprouts before, this recipe will make you a convert! Give them a try and let me know what you think.

Key Ingredients

That’s right folks, only 4 ingredients! (I don’t include salt and pepper in that count because salt and pepper is a given.) You can throw this meal together in no time!
