Ridiculously good and easy Tuna Alfredo
I love making super easy meals that don’t taste boring and this Tuna Alfredo is SO good! It features a homemade alfredo sauce that is super simple to make and uses canned tuna.
It’s definitely picky eater-approved, and the whole family loves it. I love it too because it uses real ingredients that I always have on hand and is budget-friendly.

1. Cook pasta and garlic.
2. Whisk in the cream, parmesan, and pasta water.
3. Add pasta and tuna. Enjoy!!

Tuna Alfredo
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (227g) uncooked pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (235ml) heavy whipping cream
- ⅔ cup (78g) grated parmesan cheese
- 2 (5oz) (142g) cans tuna, drained
Instructions
- In a large pot of salted water, cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter then add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Whisk in the cream, parmesan, and ½ cup of pasta water.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and tuna. If it is too thick stir in a little more pasta water.
Notes
- STORAGE: Store cooled leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. May need to add a little water or cream when reheating.
